REGISTRATION PROCESS

Online Registration is now available for the Spring Season.  Here’s how it works:

New Players – Click here.  Enter your information and click ‘Update’.  A ‘Print Registration’ button will appear once you have successfully entered your information.  Click ‘Print Registration’, print and sign your form (both player and parent must sign).  Submit the form to the address on the top of the form or hand it to the coach at the first practice.

Returning Players – Click ‘Roster’ above.  You will need a user id and password to view the roster.  Your User Id and Password have been reset for you.  Your user id is your first and last name combined and in lower case (i.e.  'johndoe').  Your password is ‘twolves’.  Once you successfully login  Click ‘Get Form’ next to your name (if you cannot login or are not on the list then you must Sign Up).  Verify and update your information and click ‘Update’.  A ‘Print Registration’ button will appear once you have successfully entered your information.  Click ‘Print Registration’, print and sign you form (both player and parent must sign).  Submit the form to the address on the top of the form or hand it to the coach at the first practice.
